Project: Digitalization of Production Processes at SIA “FURNIFLOW”

SIA “FURNIFLOW” has successfully implemented a significant digitalization project,

introducing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline and

centralize key business operations — including production planning, order

management, raw material tracking, and inventory control.

The implementation of the ERP system has significantly improved operational efficiency,

data transparency, and the speed of decision-making. By reducing manual workload

and minimizing the risk of errors, SIA “FURNIFLOW” is now better positioned to offer

higher-quality services and enhance its competitiveness both in the local and

international markets.

SIA “FURNIFLOW” veiksmīgi īstenojis nozīmīgu digitalizācijas projektu, kura ietvaros

uzņēmumā tika ieviesta resursu vadības sistēma (ERP). Šī sistēma nodrošina

galveno biznesa procesu automatizāciju un centralizētu vadību – sākot no ražošanas

plānošanas un pasūtījumu apstrādes līdz izejmateriālu un krājumu uzskaitei.

ERP ieviešana būtiski uzlabo uzņēmuma darbības efektivitāti, datu caurskatāmību un

operatīvo lēmumu pieņemšanu. Samazinot manuālo darbu un kļūdu iespējamību, SIA

“FURNIFLOW” spēj nodrošināt augstāku pakalpojumu kvalitāti un vēl konkurētspējīgāku

piedāvājumu saviem klientiem gan Latvijā, gan ārvalstīs.
